Battery
Question 1: Is there a light on the joystick? If so, which LEDs are on?
Answer 1-1: If your battery lights on a joystick shows fully charged, there is no problem with your battery. If your battery does not show as full after charging for 8 hours or more, it means your battery life has been shortened.
Answer 1-2: If there is no light on your joystick, please check the joystick and battery connections. If there is still no light, it indicates that your battery or controller is dead. (You need to check this situation when the charger is not plugged in.)
Question 2: If no LED is on, what color is the light on your charger when you plug your device in to charge?
Answer 2-1: If the light on your charger is blue or red when you plug your device in, your charger is working correctly. However, if the light is a steady green or there is no light at all, it means your charger is not working.
Question 3: Would you like to charge your battery separately?
Answer 3-1: If you wish to charge your battery separately, you can remove the battery by pulling the latch located beneath it, and then charge it using the socket underneath the battery. There is a protective black cover on this socket. (Charging from the joystick power cable connection on the battery is not possible.)
Motor
Question 1: Is there a clicking sound coming from your engine?
Answer 1: If you hear a clicking sound from your motor, it indicates that your motor is faulty and needs to be replaced with a new one.
Question 2: Is your wheelchair unable to turn left and right?
Answer 2: If your wheelchair cannot turn left or right, it is possible that one of the motors is faulty or that your joystick may be broken. In this case, please contact our technical service team for assistance.
Question 3: Are there issues with the forward and backward commands in your wheelchair?
Answer 3: If your wheelchair has problems moving forward and backward or cannot move properly, it may be due to reversed motor connections. Check the motor connections and swap them if you find a reverse connection, or your joystick may be broken.
Question 4: Is your wheelchair not moving in manual mode, or is it very difficult to use in manual mode?
Answer 4: If your wheelchair does not move in manual mode or you have difficulty using it manually, one of your motors may be faulty. You can check this problem by turning your chair upside down and turning the wheels one by one. Identify and replace the damaged or faulty part.
Question 5: Do your lights flash, and does your wheelchair make a beeping sound when you try to move with the joystick?
Answer 5-1: There may be various reasons for this issue. Check all joystick and motor connections and reconnect them if possible. If you continue to experience this problem after trying this solution, please contact our technical service for further assistance.
Answer 5-2: If the lights on your joystick are flashing, and your chair is not moving or emitting a beeping sound, it may be necessary to replace your controller.
Cable & Assembly
Question 1: Having trouble connecting the joystick cables?
Answer 1: The motor and power cables typically come pre-attached to the controller. Avoid moving or adjusting them whenever possible. If there is no power to your joystick, please ensure that the connection between the battery and the controller is properly plugged in, and verify that the power cable from the joystick is connected to the controller. If you continue to experience issues, please contact technical support.
Question 2: Can't find your product's charging socket or connect the charger?
Answer 2: If you are unable to locate your product's charging socket or connect the charger, please note that the charging socket is located on the battery and joystick. Ensure that both the product's battery and joystick cables are properly connected when charging. Battery can be charged separately.
Frame
Question 1: Is your product experiencing issues with folding and unfolding?
Answer 1: In this case, please inspect the frames of your product to check if anything is bent or broken. If you identify an issue with your frame, kindly contact our technical service with pictures and videos explaining the problem in your product.
Answer 1-2: If you encounter difficulties folding your product or if it does not fold properly, please check whether your joystick cables are tangled within the frame. Remove your joystick through the armrest to prevent any damage to the cables.
Question 2: Is the backrest of your product not locking properly?
Answer 2: If you are facing this issue with your product, you can slightly loosen the screws of the small locking mechanisms that secure the frames at the back of your product. This should help ensure that the locks function correctly. Make sure you do not remove all the screws; otherwise, your lock will come loose, and you will not be able to reattach it.
Joystick
Question 1: Is the joystick not recognizing your commands?
Answer 1-1: If your joystick beeps and does not respond to your movement commands or has delayed responses, first check the manual and electric mode switches located behind the motors. If the beeping continues while in electric mode, you may need to restart your joystick and reset it if the issue persists.
Answer 1-2: If the commands are not working in the correct directions, for instance, if it moves backward when you intend to go forward but has no issues turning left and right, please check the motor connections. If they are reversed, swap them with each other. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to replace the joystick. Please contact our technical service for assistance.
Question 2: Can the reversing sound be turned off?
Answer 2: Yes, it can be turned off. To do this, first, turn on your joystick, then press and hold the horn button and the speed decrease button simultaneously for 5-7 seconds, or press and hold the horn and speed increase button for 5-7 seconds.
Question 3: Is your joystick reacting too slowly?
Answer 3: If your joystick does not respond when turning left and right, or if it responds very slowly, such as with a 10-second delay, your joystick is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. If your joystick continues to respond slowly even in electric mode, you may need to restart and reset your joystick if the issue persists.
Footrest
Question 1: Is your footrest hard to open and close or too loose?
Answer 1: If your footrest is hard to open and close or feels too loose, please check that the screws on your footrest are correctly tightened.
Charger
Question : Think your charger isn't working?
Answer : If the LED lights on your charger turn green when you plug it into the charger and the light on your joystick does not turn on, your charger is faulty, and you need to replace it with a new one. If the LED lights on your charger turn blue or red while charging, your charger is working.
