Return Policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, with tags, and in the same condition as when you received it (i.e., unused or unworn). You must also provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Refund requests for goods must be made within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer for unauthorized returns, but shipping may be covered by factory warranty on authorized returns involving operational factory defects. The FTC’s Buyer’s remorse rule is not applicable for online orders. Global Trek, Inc will not be held liable for the delivery of goods to the wrong address or person due to inaccurate or incomplete information.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue.

There are certain items that cannot be returned, such as custom products or personalized items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
