Battery
Question 1: Is there a light on the joystick? If so, which LEDs are on?
Answer 1-1: If your battery lights on a joystick shows fully charged, there is no problem with your battery. If your battery does not show as full after charging for 8 hours or more, it means your battery life has been shortened.
Answer 1-2: If there is no light on your joystick, please check the joystick and battery connections. If there is still no light, it indicates that your battery is dead. (You need to check this situation when the charger is not plugged in.)
Question 2: If no LED is on, what color is the light on your charger when you plug your device in to charge?
Answer 2-1: If the light on your charger is blue or red when you plug your device in, your charger is working correctly. However, if the light is a steady green or there is no light at all, it means your charger is not working.

Question 3: Are there issues with the forward and backward commands in your wheelchair?
Answer 3: If your wheelchair has problems moving forward and backward or cannot move properly, it may be due to reversed motor connections. Check the motor connections and replace them if you find a reverse connection, or your joystick may be broken.
Question 4: Does your wheelchair turn off after short uses?
Answer 4: If your wheelchair shuts down shortly after use, it may be due to brake failure in one or all of the motors. It should be tested, and the problem should be diagnosed. Your motors should be replaced if necessary.
Question 5: Is your wheelchair not moving in manual mode, or is it very difficult to use in manual mode?
Answer 5: If your wheelchair does not move in manual mode or you have difficulty using it manually, one of your motors may be faulty. You can check this problem by turning your chair upside down and turning the wheels one by one. Identify and replace the damaged or faulty part.

Question 1: Having trouble connecting the joystick cables?
Answer 1: If you are experiencing difficulty connecting the joystick cables, follow these steps:
The cable from the battery comes with a red socket. Connect it to the red socket coming from the joystick. The black wires coming from the joystick are for the motor connections. These cables have symbols on them – the letter "R" symbol for the right engine and the letter "L" symbol for the left engine. Make sure to connect them to the correct motors based on these symbols.
Question 2: Can't find your product's charging socket or connect the charger?
Answer 2: If you are unable to locate your product's charging socket or connect the charger, please note that the charging socket is located on the battery and joystick.
