The chair is great. The only problem I have is my dad will be 94 and I think it’s hard for him to control the joystick on the seat and it goes too fast for him. He really needed something that moves slower and was easier to control, but I have a daughter with MS so I will probably save it for her to see if that works. but I’m very impressed with the Chair. I am very impressed with the Chair.
It is a good wheelchair with power
Was a little timid about using one but now that I have one I love it so glad I purchased it great chair easy to operate even for a 85 yr. Old
My scooter stopped folding. I bought one of these. My scooter folds good now.
Haven't had a chance to really wring it out yet but the customer service ice with these guys is above excellent. I had a problem with the original charger and they sent me another within three days. Unfortunately that one was bad as well. After a little conversation with them describing the problem they sent me a newbattery and charger. That one worked. I can't think of a other company that I have ever had do that. I hope with the discussions we had they can locate the source of the problem and rectify it. I highly recommend them. The chair looks to be well made.

This was a hard decision to admit that the time had come to help me continue to have mobility when walking. But boy am I glad that I saw the advertisement for Runicon DX04 electric wheelchair it is giving my freedom back
It’s a nice chair. It was purchased in hopes of making it easier for my 88yr old father to get from his home to Dr Appts. The chair is comfortable and rides nice, but is HEAVIER than expected.
Very happy so far, bought for wife to aid her mobility issues. She is having a little trouble getting used to sensitivity of the joy stick. However overall she is extremely pleased.
