This wheelchair was excellent right out of the box. It arrived almost completely assembled with the battery already charged, and I was riding it within 15 minutes of opening the box. Delivery was fast.
It takes only a short time to get used to driving, and within 10 minutes I felt fully comfortable and confident with its operation. The chair is very stylish, sturdy, and smooth to operate, both in electric and manual modes.
Overall, it looks and feels like a high-quality, well-built wheelchair, and my initial experience has been extremely positive.

Magnificent engineering with great attention to detail. At 61 with back problems, I find that it opens and folds easily and is very comfortable to use. While not the lightest chair available, it feels extremely sturdy, stable, and well-built.
It has excellent power, handling threshold crossings and mixed terrain with ease.
Charging access is simple, and the motor power controls are well positioned and intuitive.
Overall, it feels durable, reliable, and thoughtfully designed.

Bought this specifically to get around Disneyland, and it exceeded my expectations. I’m 6'1" and about 200 lbs, and I had no issues at all with slopes, battery life, or comfort. I spent 12 hours in the park, including steep ramps, and the chair performed flawlessly. Even after a full day of use, the battery only dropped by one bar using the dual battery setup with the Y cable.
Once you get used to the joystick, it becomes very smooth, predictable, and easy to control.
The ability to disengage the motors makes it simple to load onto Disney shuttle buses.
While it has some weight, it’s very manageable with two people.
The build quality is excellent — solid, well-designed, and clearly well put together. Overall, it feels reliable and thoughtfully engineered.
We bought this wheelchair and she loves it!! From more power, bigger ties, breaks, comfortable seat, reflective back lettering, bigger foot pad, better maneuverability ,a seat belt and storage spaces compared to her old wheelchair that cost more! It's fabulous!
I have severe osteoarthritis in my hip I also have a deformity in my ankle same side as the hip. I purchased this because this disability has been preventing me from going places even grocery shopping. I used it for the first time today we went to the mall it worked very well for me and the speed was perfect for my fast walking husband the battery kept a good charge. The chair is comfortable I am 5’5 and weigh 240lbs
