Purchased this for my son in law!This chair gives back his quality of life. Mike is again self sufficient. With his chair he is able to get to work by himself, able to be at work again!Thank you Rubicon

Very excellent quality & design! Can fold up & slide onto my Toyota Camry’s back seat, doesn’t tip over with loaded shopping bags on handles, turns on a dime, durable finish, cover joystick & can use in rain avoiding deep puddles, well designed footrest user-friendl & place stuff between my feet, & can ride up to the plane’s door for traveling!

My Rubicon DX05 arrived quickly, fully assembled and charged. It is easy to fold. Those lifting it say it is much lighter than my previous one. It is nice that I can leave the cushion on the seat to fold it. It is a little high for me. So moving with my feet when not using power is a little hard. The back is little high and straight making it uncomfortable to sit in for hours. The anti tip bars stick out a little far in the back. I hit walls with them. My biggest issue is that it never locks. I have to have someone hold the chair so it doesn’t move when I get into it. I am still getting used to it so some of these issues I may learn to cope with. It was a good price and well made .
All went great during the unpacking and assembly--very easy. However, during setup and initial familiarization, my Bluetooth and controller didn't want to play nice with one another and I didn't have all functions available. I contacted Rubicon online and later that day I had a very thorough response (with video) that provided detailed instructions on how to resolve the issue. Their Customer Service was quick to respond and accurate with the resolution. Their help after the purchase was great!
The wheelchair store has been easy to work with. I needed a new battery charger. I got it in 2 days. But it was the wrong one. I quickly called them back and they sent me the right one and I received it again in two days. I also sent back the wrong one and they quickly gave me back my refund. I really enjoy my rubicon wheelchair.
Uncomfortable. Slow. Not worrh it. Sent back, waiting for refund. Minus $140 to ship back.
It's. Smaller in the seat but I'm 278lbs other than that it's good
The chair is great for my grandson. Was able to use it at a restaurant...at the mall...it was a tremendous help for the day. Only downfall needed something to keep his legs in...but I am very pleased...been telling other people about it!
So far its well put together wheel chair.. My son using it now able to go further than a standard wheel chair.Great purchase
arrived in a timely manner. Easy to install and remove in and out of scooter. Lightweight battery. This battery is easy to charge and is great.
Wheelchair being lightweight, meets my need for doing regular errands.
Wheelchair folds easy and easy to load into my vehicle.
