Very easy to set up. Comfortable, love the storage bag at the feet. Only issue is with the charger not working. I called the company, and they are sending me a new cord. Fingers crossed.
Love it, perfect for our son. He is low functioning, so he is not able to control the chair himself... the remote is fantastic, it allows us to drive his chair while walking with him. No more pushing his old chair!
Wife did not want an electric wheelchair. I bought it hoping she would change her mind. Didn’t work so I had to send it back

I like that in addition to being light, it's also small so I can buzz around my house much faster than I did w/ my MS. Hopefully getting a hitch and rack soon for the back of my car so I can travel w/ it.
It is a great alternative to my larger, heavy duty, Wheelchair.

I received my Joystick Holder and the Joystick Holder Knob from Rubicon DX14 Electric Wheelchair Spare Parts today. They worked excellent on the left armchair joystick Holder for mounting a cell phone and cup holder. A little pricy, but the perfect solution.

I purchased a electric Wheelchair. The person was not using the chair anymore. No one wanted the product because it was not working and one of the arms was broken. It was easy to go the your store, find the broken part, and replace the part. The chair works good and thank you.

I think you people have a lot of nerve ! You’re expecting me to give you a review regarding my recent experience/purchase of a Rubicon DX17 electric wheelchair and you give me just enough space to get started….I’m going to need a lot more space !
To begin with, I already own a Rubicon DX17…I bought it in December of 2022….through Amazon. So, here it is…(please note the absence of profanity in my response)…I have had the pleasure of dealing with many people in the course of doing business all over the world, and I have never been treated the way your personnel have treated me…their attitude, language, and blatant disregard for anything not directly related to my needs was literally unbelievable…I realize that you are probably having difficulty putting all this in perspective…I understand. I really don’t mean to complain, it’s just that I’m not accustomed to being treated like that. The biggest problem is that I, for whatever reason, failed to get the names of those responsible. I hope they will get what they deserve !
That would be Praise and Gratitude beyond measure…their kindness, courtesy, compassion, friendliness, product knowledge, and buckets full of patience with me are absolutely outstanding,,,
And, not to mention…their sweet spirit!

More than I expected for the money. Have gone over 10 miles, no problems, no complaints. Even though I am 87yr. old and crippled I can fold and load it into my car by my self.
Chair is great on solid flat surfaces. I have found on grass or slanted surfaces steering can be difficult as the chair doesn't respond well to commands when not at top speed, which is not always appropriate in crowded conditions. The leg space is narrow with the supports infringing on the space available. I found using a pool noodle to cushion my calves helpful. Overall the chair has allowed me to participate in more activities.

This is more than expected. Very high quality. Exceeds all my expectations.
The first thing I noticed and I think the main thing is it just isn’t very powerful. It’s very comfortable and take the charge well and last a long time and another thing is not going through a door going over the threshold with the front wheels isn’t that bad and the back wheels can get over it but then they shoot the Wheelchair forward really fast.
The Rubicon DX14 joystick controller is identical to my Wheel Wavi joystick controller. The new controller works GREAT on my Wheel Wavi electric wheel chair. I'm one happy camper!
