Rubicon DX11 - Reclining Electric Wheelchair with Adjustable Headrest: Foldable, Long Range, All Terrain & Heavy-Duty | Dual Motor Power Wheelchair

The chair was delivered quickly and came mostly assembled. The rest of assembly was quick and easy. The chair is well built and very comfortable. I have used it for 4 days now and traveled approximately 12-15 miles on it. It has very good response on the joystick and very easy to maneuver.
It is very easy to fold up and unfold. It fits easy in the hatch of my Mazda CX 90. I would definitely recommend the Rubicon to anyone looking for a powered wheelchair. Also the remote control for the chair works surprisingly well.

The chair is great for my grandson. Was able to use it at a restaurant...at the mall...it was a tremendous help for the day. Only downfall needed something to keep his legs in...but I am very pleased...been telling other people about it!

I can not believe how awesome this chair is. Scary fast, superb construction. I’m 6’1” 220 lbs. fits very comfortable. Compared with my golden cricket this unit is head and shoulders above in every way. Chair was scheduled for the 24th but came 3 days early. To say I’m ecstatic would be a mild understatement. Delivered early, completely as promised, to-say I’m over the moon happy is an understatement. Only issue I had (my fault) was connecting the batteries. Called customer support and they called back even though I didn’t leave a message.

The first thing I noticed and I think the main thing is it just isn’t very powerful. It’s very comfortable and take the charge well and last a long time and another thing is not going through a door going over the threshold with the front wheels isn’t that bad and the back wheels can get over it but then they shoot the Wheelchair forward really fast.

Still working with the headrest. Does not

The chair is great. The only problem I have is my dad will be 94 and I think it’s hard for him to control the joystick on the seat and it goes too fast for him. He really needed something that moves slower and was easier to control, but I have a daughter with MS so I will probably save it for her to see if that works. but I’m very impressed with the Chair. I am very impressed with the Chair.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after researching extensively, the Rubicon clearly met all my needs. When I had a small issue, customer support responded quickly and resolved it right away, and everything has worked perfectly since.

I’m very happy with the product so far. It’s ergonomic, intuitive, and thoughtfully designed, with a sleek, modern look that stands out from most chairs.
It arrived fully assembled, with a low-profile design and a super simple battery installation.

The brake-style release lever for adjusting the seat back is smooth and intuitive, similar to a bike brake. Overall, it feels well-made, comfortable, and solid.

Magnificent engineering with great attention to detail. At 61 with back problems, I find that it opens and folds easily and is very comfortable to use. While not the lightest chair available, it feels extremely sturdy, stable, and well-built.

It has excellent power, handling threshold crossings and mixed terrain with ease.
Charging access is simple, and the motor power controls are well positioned and intuitive.
Overall, it feels durable, reliable, and thoughtfully designed.

I’m very happy with this chair — its outstanding features and build quality are absolutely worth the cost.

Bought this specifically to get around Disneyland, and it exceeded my expectations. I’m 6'1" and about 200 lbs, and I had no issues at all with slopes, battery life, or comfort. I spent 12 hours in the park, including steep ramps, and the chair performed flawlessly. Even after a full day of use, the battery only dropped by one bar using the dual battery setup with the Y cable.

Once you get used to the joystick, it becomes very smooth, predictable, and easy to control.
The ability to disengage the motors makes it simple to load onto Disney shuttle buses.
While it has some weight, it’s very manageable with two people.

The build quality is excellent — solid, well-designed, and clearly well put together. Overall, it feels reliable and thoughtfully engineered.
